WOLZYNTEEK
ist ein auf PU basie-
rendes Material, das auf einer 3,8 mm
HPL Trägerplatte verklebt wird. Die
Aufbaustärken, sowie Farben und die
Wahl der Körnung für den Endschliff
sind vom Kunden nach Mustern frei
wählbar.
Dieses Kunststoffdeck wird nach dem
innovativen Wolz Nautic Herstellprozess
in Systempaneelen unter vorherigem
Aufmaß durch den 3D Lasertracker und
der Verarbeitung dieser Daten in der
Wolz Nautic CAD-Abteilung hergestellt.
Die Verklebung dieser Paneele findet vor
Ort auf dem jeweiligen Projekt durch
das Vakuum Verklebeverfahren
(Anpressdruck ca. 7,5t/m²) statt.
WOLZYNTEEK is a material based
on PU that is applied to a 3.8 mm
HPL substrate. Thickness, colour and
grain size for final polishing can be
individually selected by the customer
according to samples.
This type of synthetic deck is manu-
factured as system panels using the
innovative Wolz Nautic manufacturing
process after applying 3D laser tracker
technology for dimensioning and
evaluation of these data at the Wolz
Nautic CAD department. Adhesion of
these panels is carried out on site of the
respective project by vacuum-adhesion-
technology (contact pressure approx
7.5 t/m²).
